
Prices: - Thanks to the excellent relationship we have with our suppliers (Hotels, Restaurants, Transportation and operators in general), our prices can be highly competitive. Rates are generally valid for a period of one year. However, prices are per person, in double rooms or in single rooms and in € (Euros).
Payment & Cancellation Policies: - Passengers must pay 100% of the invoices amount thirty days prior to their arrival, in order to keep and guarantee the quality of our service. We must pre-pay the hotel booking and the rest of the service thirty days prior to the date of arrival. Every passenger is subject to penalties for booking's cancellations (NO SHOW), which will be charged if a reservation is cancelled within thirty days prior to arrival. Following we indicate the penalties that are charged.
30 to 16 days prior to arrival = 25% of the total value of the holiday package;
15 to 07 days prior to arrival = 50% of the total value of the holiday package;
06 to 01 day prior to arrival = 100% of the total value of the holiday package:
Responsibility: - Untours Travel Ltd., reserves the right to modify or cancel any travel arrangements when deemed necessary, in the best interest of the client. Clients are responsible for their luggage throughout the trip. Untours Travel Ltd., performs only as an agent, thus, it is not responsible for injuries, sicknesses, damages, loss, additional expenses, unintentional delays or other unpredictable situations such as negligence or omissions carried out by companies or individuals that provide us transport, lodging or other related trip service, as well a national disasters or social disturbances.
Service Appraisal:- At the and of the trip, passengers must fill an evaluation format, which will allow us to learn your opinions, about our services as well as problems that could have occurred during the trip. This will also help us keep and / or improve our quality service to our clients.
